Bethany Jones[1] is Dijonay's cousin.
She works for the Hip-Hop Helicopter and was willing to take her cousin and friends to the concert but ended up backstabbing them for their loud singing. After Penny and her friends as LPDZ won the dance contest[2], she kindly gave them a ride home.
